Amberlee Rosolowich, age 31 Lives and works in San Francisco CA, with her 3 spca cats, small finch, beta fish, and rescued horse Madeline. Amberlee was born in Canada, and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii as one of seven children in a blended family. As the general strains of growing up felt heavier through the years, drawing and painting became an avenue to make sense of too many ideas in a quiet kid. While days at the zoo felt full of calmness and curiosity, artwork and painting became her way to process an array of thoughts and spit them out in a happy and fun manner.

Excited by the colorfulness of Wayne Thiebaud, the quiet intensity of Raimonds Staprans paintings, and the progressive and thoughtfulness of Kevin Moore, all are tremendous influences on Amberlee’s style and choice of work. "Seriously.. no I dont take myself that seriously - I like to think of myself as a quirky, mostly silly, sensitive person. I enjoy the challenge of painting, mixing my love and care for animals, with playfulness, and my personality to create my bodies of work."
