Inside the 'Brasserie Louis' James Dyer-Smith and Gian Frey created a room bathed in light.

Through the combination of their own-designed new tables and table lamps with the original comfortable benches a cosy atmosphere at the bar has been created, inviting one to linger long with friends and companions. Once again the entire corporate identity runs consistently through the project from Dyer-Smith & Frey. From the "Louis" logo bearing plates, espresso cups and napkins up to the mineral water carafes, all confirming that where it says “Louis” then Louis quality is provided.
